APPLY
Complete the application form to provide basic information about yourself and your needs. This helps us ensure that our group coaching program is the right fit for you and allows me to tailor the community experience to meet the collective needs of our members.

ONBOARD
Once your application is reviewed and accepted, you'll receive an email with the contract, invoice, and intake form. Complete these, and you'll receive instructions to schedule your onboarding meeting, where I’ll introduce you to the community and explain how to make the most of your membership.

ACCESS
After onboarding, you’ll gain full access to our group coaching community, your portal, and the fitness app, if applicable. You’ll be ready to start your journey with tailored exercise programs, expert guidance, and a supportive community of moms.

Joining is easy! Fill out the application form, complete the onboarding process, and gain access to the community, your personal portal, and the fitness app if applicable.

Each month, you'll receive tailored exercise routines designed to support your body through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. Programs include detailed instructions and video demonstrations in an ebook. It’s recommended to follow the exercise programs 3-5 times per week about 20-mins per session, depending on your stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery.

The Q&A sessions are live calls with Coach Calz where you can ask questions and get personalized advice. Guest experts also provide valuable insights on topics such as nutrition, mental health, and baby care. All sessions are recorded and available for later viewing if you cannot attend live.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. If you have an annual subscription, your access will continue until the end of your paid period.

Topics include pregnancy, labor, delivery, and early motherhood, along with exercises and wellness practices to prepare your body for childbirth and aid in postpartum recovery. This includes addressing issues like diastasis recti, pelvic floor health, and overall physical wellness.

Most exercises can be done with minimal equipment, such as a yoga mat, resistance bands, and a dumbbell set. The exercise programs are designed to be adaptable for all fitness levels, with modifications and progressions provided to ensure everyone can participate safely.

Once you join Kinetic Motherhood, you'll have access to our private community forums, in the Momentum Studio app, where you can participate in discussions, ask questions, and connect with other moms anytime. The forums provide a supportive space to share experiences and gain insights from a like-minded community.

Group coaching is $250/month with a one-time $100 set-up fee.
You maintain access to the content as long as you have an active membership.

Yes! Preconception is the ideal time to learn about healthy practices that foster a healthy pregnancy, birth, and postpartum environment. Although our primary goal is to educate mothers through the first year after birth, all mothers are welcome. Whether you had a baby 5 minutes ago, 5 weeks ago, 5 years, or 15 years, you will always be postpartum. KMP Studio hosts live and recorded events, articles, discussions, and more to support you while healing, no matter how long ago you gave birth.
