We’ll start with a comprehensive consultation where I’ll walk you through the results of your physical assessment. Together, we’ll discuss your unique needs, goals, current lifestyle, and any specific challenges you’re facing. This call helps us create a clear plan and set personalized objectives for your journey.3. Personalized 4-Week Program
Following the onboarding call, I’ll design a 4-week customized exercise and lifestyle program to address what we discussed. Each week, you’ll receive a tailored plan focused on your goals.4. Ongoing Support
Throughout the 4-week program, you’ll have access to the group coaching forums and education for extra support, encouragement, and resources. Additionally, I offer unlimited text and email support, so you can reach out with any questions or concerns as they arise.5. Progress Review Call
At the end of your program, we’ll have a progress review call to assess your results, celebrate your achievements, and discuss next steps. Whether it’s continuing with another program, transitioning to group coaching, or building on your progress independently, we’ll ensure you feel confident and prepared for what’s ahead. -

This will help us determine the most suitable package for you, whether it's foundational support, comprehensive empowerment, or a full transformational experience.

The discovery call is a 20-minute conversation to understand your needs and goals, and to answer any questions you may have about my coaching services. It's an opportunity for us to see if we're a good fit and to discuss which package might be best for you. The onboarding consultation happens after you sign up for a package. During this session, we dive deeper into your specific needs, complete a detailed intake form, and set clear objectives and a roadmap for your coaching journey.

All 1:1 coaching sessions are conducted virtually, allowing you to receive expert guidance and support from the comfort of your home. This flexibility ensures you can fit coaching into your schedule regardless of your location.

You’ll need to submit videos of specific movements from different angles (front, side, and back where possible) before our consultation. These movements include squatting, planking, deep diaphragmatic breathing, standing posture, walking, a diastasis recti check, hip hinge, and bird dog. Detailed instructions on how to perform and record each movement will be provided after booking.
The videos allow me to assess your mobility, strength, breathing mechanics, core function, and overall movement patterns. During our consultation, we’ll watch the videos together, discuss what I observe, and talk about how you feel during each movement. This process helps us create a personalized action plan to address your goals. Your videos will only be used by me for the assessment, and they will be deleted immediately after our consultation to ensure your privacy.

Absolutely. You'll have unlimited video, text, audio messaging through the KMP Studio app, and email support between sessions to address any questions or concerns. This ensures continuous guidance and support throughout your coaching journey.

Yes, our coaching packages are flexible and can be tailored to address multiple focuses, such as birth preparation, postpartum recovery, and C-section rehab. We'll customize the sessions to meet your unique needs and goals.

Results vary depending on individual goals, but many clients experience increased strength, improved confidence, reduced pain, and enhanced overall well-being.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust the schedule accordingly and offer the slot to another client if needed. Details about the full cancellation policy will be provided in your coaching contract. In general, there are no cancellations; please be ready to commit to your fitness and wellness before signing-up.
