Hey, I’m Coach Calz. My mission? To build your strength, confidence, and community in every stage of your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.

During my first pregnancy, I began sharing my personal experiences, useful tips, and expert advice online. As a mom who went through three cesarean births in three years, I experienced firsthand how much education and support were lacking for women preparing for birth and even less for cesarean birth. I realized the need to bridge this gap and provide resources and guidance. My passion transformed into the Kinetic Motherhood Performance Studio, a virtual kinesiology and childbirth education studio designed to support and educate other moms.

The heart of the studio is a group coaching community that supports women through pregnancy and up to a year after birth. This supportive community provides everything from custom workout plans to evidence-based childbirth education, newborn and infant care, mom life, and infant development. It's a space where we all learn and grow together.

In addition to the community, I offer one-on-one consultations and coaching programs. These personalized sessions focus on movement before and after birth, childbirth education, and strengthening your core muscles.

My coaching style is direct and honest but also nurturing and supportive. I believe in sharing the full picture with you, both the joys and the challenges, to empower you to make informed decisions. I strive to ensure you feel strong and confident at every step of your journey. With the right knowledge and support, birth doesn't have to be scary. In fact, it can become an empowering and transformative experience.

I founded KMP Studio to empower women with the knowledge and confidence to trust their bodies and intuition throughout the transformative journey of motherhood.

Being an entrepreneur means I can share my passion, strength, and confidence with others, and that's truly rewarding!

  • The most challenging thing about owning a business is definitely not having enough hours in the day! I always wish I could give everyone the personalized experience they deserve. Balancing time can be tough, but it drives me to continually improve and find creative ways to support each mom on her unique journey. It's all part of the exciting challenge that keeps me motivated and passionate about my work!

  • My favorite clients to work with are new moms in their first year postpartum. There's something truly special about watching new moms gradually build back their strength the right way. As a mom who has had three c-sections, I have a special place in my heart for c-section moms. I know the journey firsthand and love helping guide moms through their experiences. It's incredibly fulfilling to coach and support women as they embrace their new roles with strength and grace!

  • Anywhere with a beach! There's nothing like the sound of waves, the feel of sand under my feet, and the sun's warmth. A beach destination is my ultimate getaway, where I can relax, recharge, and soak in the beauty of nature.

  • Well, I don't order out much. My husband is an incredible chef! He loves treating us to his delicious, fresh, home-cooked meals whenever possible. It's like having our own personal gourmet restaurant right at home! We enjoy getting creative in the kitchen together, experimenting with new recipes, and savoring every bite. Cooking together has become one of our favorite ways to bond as a family, and I wouldn't have it any other way!

  • Right now, it's probably the 'Encanto' soundtrack on repeat! My girls have completely taken over my Spotify; honestly, I'm not complaining. There's something magical about belting out those tunes together and getting lost in the music. It's become our little family jam session, and I love every minute of it!
